• Applicable for self-directed, individual, spousal and group plans.

Applicants

• Borrowers must have a positive net worth, a responsible credit history and sufficient cash flow to service the loan.
• Borrowers who have been bankrupt within the past five years will not be considered.
• Borrowers must have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which the contract is signed.

Rates effective November 13, 2003. Minimum Loan Amount is $2,500

• MRS Prime rate fluctuates, therefore all rates are variable
• If MRS Prime Rate changes during the life of the loan, MRS may not adjust your monthly payment, consequently a balance may be due and payable at maturity.

2. M.R.S. Prime: 4.25%
3. For the 1 for 1, 2 for 1, and Match Your RSP Loans, the rate charged to the borrower will be based upon the daily balance of the loan and will apply to the entire balance. For example, a 1 for 1 Loan with a balance of $105,000 will be charged Prime plus 0.50% on the entire amount owed. The spread above prime can change with changes in the loan balance.
4. The rate charged to the borrower for the Wealth Builder loan will be based upon the initial amount borrowed and will fluctuate with changes in Prime but not changes in the loan balance.
